About the Position
PumpWorx specializes in hydraulic systems, automatic lubrication systems, industrial pumps and heavy-equipment service throughout the Permian Basin. We are a growing company that values quality workmanship, accountability and exceptional customer service.
No two days are the same. One day you may be rebuilding a pump in the shop; the next, you may be installing an automatic lubrication system on heavy equipment or troubleshooting a customer's hydraulic issue in the field.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair industrial pumps and related equipment.
- Install and service automatic lubrication systems.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Read service manuals, schematics and parts diagrams.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Plan and prepare for upcoming jobs by ensuring trucks, tools and parts are ready.
- Complete accurate service reports, documentation and required before-and-after photos.
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
- Follow company safety procedures and customer job-site requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to diagnose equipment problems.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors.
- Dependable, self-motivated, willing to learn and takes ownership of their work.
- Ability to prioritize work without constant direction.
- Comfortable making sound decisions in the field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Industrial pumps
- Hydraulic systems
- Automatic lubrication systems
- Diesel equipment
- Welding and fabrication
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Heavy-equipment maintenance
